Place of Origin:
1.The MDH model is a robust tie-rod hydraulic cylinder that incorporates limit switches to accurately regulate the position of its molds.
2.It is ideally suited for large-scale die casting molds.
3.It is characterised by a high load-bearing capacity along with exceptionally precise adjustment of the extending and retracting molds. With features such as this, the MDH can offer reliable flexibility required in modern day manufacturing settings.
Mold oil cylinder is a commonly used hydraulic component that plays multiple roles and is prevalent in the mold manufacturing industry. So, what exactly powers the mold oil cylinder?
1.The mold oil cylinder is operated by a hydraulic system that monitors the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil to regulate the mold cylinder.
2.The cylinder is fitted with an inner movable piston which is affected by the hydraulic pressure and manner of the oil.
When hydraulic oil is pushed into the mold's cylinder, it infiltrates the interior movable cavity, where the pressure of the hydraulic oil applies a certain amount of force onto the piston, resulting in motion.
3.This motion of the piston can be linear or rotational, this depends on the design and application of the mold oil cylinder.
MDH stands for Mold Tie-rod Cylinders, which arecylinders with tie-rods.
They come in two types: A and C.
Type A features a double-acting system;
type C has double rods.
The maximum working pressure of MDH varies: 70 kgf/cm whenMDH-70 is equipped and 140 kgf/cm when MDH-140 is equipped.
Both types are only available with“FA” type mounting.
WithMDH-70, it usually comes with C class rods.
MDH-140 usually comes with B class rods.
For customized needs, one can choose MDH-70 with B class rods or MDH-140 with C class rods – butthis is to be specified.
Moreover, the bore temperature(mm) of MDH can vary: 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 150, 160, 180, 200, 250.

In mold manufacturing, mold cylinders are commonly used for mold positioning, clamping, and ejection. For example, in the Injection mold construction, the mold cylinder can be used to control the opening and closing of the mold.
When the oil enters the mold cylinder, the piston is pushed by pressure, causing the mold to separate or close. Thus, injection and molding of plastic materials can be performed.
Moreover, mold cylinders are quite popular in a great number of other industries, including mechanical processing, metallurgy, aerospace, etc.
Mold cylinders are used to control the movement, positioning, and clamping of machinery. The hydraulic system can be managed to achieve precise control, eventually increasing production efficiency and product quality.
Mold oil cylinder is a device that uses hydraulic system for the regulation of flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil to control the piston. In the disciplines of mold manufacturing and mechanical processing, the mold cylinders carry out a paramount role.
Appropriate design and manipulation of mold cylinders can help to attain precise control over molds and machinery, optimizing production efficiency and product quality.
