A compact hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic equipment specifically designed to save installation space. Its total length is roughly equivalent to half of the length of a tie-rod cylinder with the same diameter and stroke. This design offers an excellent solution for installation issues in mechanical equipment such as molds, processing fixtures, or places with limited space.
Compact cylinders, usually called CXHC, come in three types of complex designs. The type includes an A-doubling acting, C-double rods and D-double rods with stroke alignment. An option of J-with heat/erosion proof is optional as noted to be used with a space if desired. Threads come in two types: inner thread (IN) and external thread (EX).The installation has two choices, SD-basic and LA-foot. Bore sizes come in 20, 25,32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 millimeters. Stroke is to be referred to the “standard stroke” table. Stroke alignment is only available for the forwarding alignment. Packing material may either be PU (standard usage), NBR, or FPM. Flow regulators come in two choices of 1/4” (12 l/min) and 3/8” (20l/min). Check valves have three options of 3/8” (50 l/min), 3/4” (125 l/min) and 11/2” (320 l/min).
